The Purpose…

Coaching is expensive…like really expensive. The purpose of Salon Snacks is to make coaching accessible to all. We ALL need support and most of us business owners are learning as we go. It is very important to me that salon owners + managers can get the support, community and education that they need without paying thousands of dollars a month. I want to share my experiences with you and I want it be affordable and extremely valuable…that’s what Salon Snacks is all about.

  • The Salon Snacks Subscription is designed to be accessible for salon owners + managers to gain new understanding (in bite-sized pieces) of business + leadership practices. The subscription includes access to the Member Community + virtual weekly calls covering topics relevant to business + leadership.

    The service starts on April 30th, 2025!

    • Weekly Live Call (every Wednesday from 8am-9am EST)

    • Shared resources from live calls.

    • Shared Salon Snacks Google Calendar with all calls and links to join calls.

    • Access to WhatsApp Group for Salon Snacks Members only.

    • Access to the full library of previous live calls.

    If you sign up between March 30th-April 29th, the Founding Member Rate is only $55/month! After April 29th, the membership will increase to $66/month.

  • Once you enroll in the subscription service, you will receive a confirmation email and access to the Member Portal which includes the Salon Snacks Video Library.

    Following your enrollment you will receive an email with information on the following:

    • Scheduling a 30-minute intro phone call with Melanie

    • Rules of engagement

    • Access to the WhatsApp Member Community

    • Access to the Salon Snacks Calendar with all of the virtual links for all upcoming calls.

  • All things ownership, leadership and business will be covered. 

    For example:

    • How to lead and manage meetings

    • How to onboard new team members

    • Building a leadership team

    • Developing processes

    • How to have tough conversations

    • Dynamics of coaching a team

  • All topics will be determined at least four weeks in advance and the topics are listed on the Google Calendar with the coordinating dates.

  • Cancel at anytime it doesn’t feel right for you. We want everyone to feel connected and inspired!

  • Yes. If you are a small business owner or manager of another type of business that is service or employee oriented, you can join the community!

  • Don’t sweat it! All weekly live calls are recorded and stored in a digital library that all members have access to.

  • Yes. The last 2 weeks of each year will not have live calls. Calls resume the first week of January.

    If there is a week that is complicated due to holidays or possible illness etc, a pre-recorded video will be released in honor of that week to uphold the cadence of calls or the call will be rescheduled within the same week. As much notice as possible will be given to all members!
